Crank Shafts
- PRODUCT - Crankshaft is a very vital component of the engine. The power generated inside the Cylinder is transmitted to the Crankshaft which in turn transfers the same for useful work. It converts the reciprocating motion of the piston to rotary motion.
- MATERIAL - Crankshafts are normally made of special steels or alloy steels by forging process or of S.G. Iron by casting process. It is a very critical component and proper care has to be taken for its quality in machining, surface finishing and heat treatment.
- RANGE - We have a wide range of Crank Shaft in our production, used in two wheelers, three wheelers, cars, tractors, trucks, stationery engines, marine engines, compressors etc.
- MANUFACTURING FACILITIES - Modern forging plant for forging and specialised equipment like copy turning, Lathe machine cylindrical grinder, crankshaft grinder, induction hardening machine, dynamic, balancing machine etc. are and in our plant for manufacturing of crankshaft.
